Marek Pawlik
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
In 1981, he graduated from the Tadeusz Kościuszko University of Technology in Kraków, Mechanical Faculty, specialty of Power Systems and Devices with engineer’s MSc diploma. Mr. Pawlik started his professional career as Manager of Almatur Agency in Cracow; then he worked as Department Manager and Deputy Director at WPHW in Tarnów. In 1992 he was appointed the President of the Management Board of Exbud Tarnów Ltd. Since 1998, Mr Pawlik is the President of the Management Board and a majority shareholder of ABM SOLID S.A. in Tarnów. I, the undersigned Marek Pawlik, as the Chairman of RESBUD S.A. Supervisory Board hereby represent that I am bound with the shareholder ABM SOLID S.A. representing 52.54% of total number of votes at RESBUD S.A. general assembly through an employment relationship as the President of the Management Board and a majority shareholder of ABM SOLID S.A.
Witold Starakiewicz
Secretary of the Supervisory Board
In 1990 he graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow. Moreover, he completed post-graduate financial studies at the Jagiellonian University and post-graduate controlling course at the University of Economics in Cracow. He participated also in numerous training courses in the area of accounting, finance and management. Mr. Starakiewicz deals with corporate finance since 1993, when he was appointed as Vice President of the Management Board of the Provincial Environment Protection and Water Management Fund in Tarnów. In 1999 he started to work with ABM SOLID S.A. as its Financial Director and Chief Accountant, acting at the same time as the Proxy. Since 2005 he performs function of the Company Management Board’s Vice President.

Jerzy Noworyta
Member of the Supervisory Board
He holds the MSc and construction engineer’s title with specialty of building structures. Moreover, he completed Post-Graduated Studies in scope of Foreign Trade Economics.
Mr. Noworyta started his professional career in 1979 at PBP Budostal-1 as a foreman and plant manager. Then, in 1987, he was employed in the KBM West’s Foreign Trade Office as the Market Manager. Since 1991 he works for PUT OMEGA as its Director.
