Suspension of President of the Board from the performance of his duties.Reszow : 2009.03.16The Management Board of RESBUD S.A. hereby announces that on 16 March 2009 the supervisory Board of RESBUD S.A. suspended Mr Andrzej Marczewski from the performance of his duties as President of the Board for the period of three months beginning from 16 March 2009. The cause of the suspension is negative evaluation of activities of Mr Andrzej Marczewski as President of the Board, which was made by the Supervisory Board.
In connection with suspension of Mr Andrzej Marczewski from the performance of his duties as President of the Board, at the same time the Supervisory Board has appointed Ms Genowefa Łagowska, who was the Member of the Board in the Company, to President of the Board for the period of three months beginning from 16 March 2009.
