Appointment of Management Board Member.Reszow : 2009.03.16RESBUD S.A. herby announces to the general public the changes in composition of the Management Board of the Company. On 16 March 2009 the Supervisory Board appointed Ms Genowefa Łagowska to Member of the Board. At the same time the Supervisory Board decided that the Management Board of the Company will be composed of three members.
Ms Genowefa Łagowska graduated from Cracow University of Technology, (1971), Faculty of Sanitary and Water Engineering, MSc. Eng. of hydro-technical and sanitary construction.

2003 – 2005 „Maxer” S.A. Director of Rzeszów Branch
2006 – 2008 RESBUD S.A. – Member of the Management Board, Marketing Director
2008 – 15 March 2009 – employed in ABM SOLID S.A. in organisational division of marketing dept.
As declared by Ms Genowefa Łagowska, she does not run any competitive activities to RESBUD S.A. and has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
