Conclusion of significant contract.Reszow : 2009.03.26The Management Board of RESBUD S.A. informs that the Company signed a contract with FULL MARKET Domy Towarowe Spółka z o.o. with its seats in Rzeszów. FULL MARKET Domy Towarowe Spółka z o.o. acts in this contract as Employer and RESBUD S.A. as Contractor. The subject of the contract is performance by Contractor of building works for Trade and Service Centre „FULL MARKET” in Krosno.
For contract execution the Contractor shall receive net remuneration in the amount of PLN 2,280,000.00. The parties set the works completion date for 15.07.2009.
