Dismissing Mr. Andrzej Marczewski from the Management Board of the Company.Reszow : 2009.04.10The Management Board of RESBUD S.A. informs that on 10 April 2009 the Supervisory Board of RESBUD S.A. adopted a resolution on dismissing Mr. Andrzej Marczewski from the Management Board of RESBUD S.A. on 10 April 2009.
The Supervisory Board indicated the following reasons of dismissing Mr. Andrzej Marczewski from the Management Board of RESBUD S.A.:
- loss of trust in Mr. Marczewski,
- not fulfilling the assumptions of the Company’s activity plan approved by the Supervisory Board, in particular concerning economic indices and lack of appropriate sales action resulting in winning new contracts,
- lack of supervision over operating and marketing activities of the Company,
- unskillful management of the Company’s marketing policy, no effectiveness in gaining contracts,
- lack of rationalization in cost policy having influence on sustaining competitiveness on the market within the range of basic scope of the Company’s activity,
- undertaking the actions being unfavorable for operating activity of the Company such as breach of negotiations with business partners, what made impossible to win a contract for the Company,
- unskillful management of the Company’s employment and lack of verification of work’s effects and quality of work of each organizational units of the Company.
Moreover the Supervisory Board obliged the Company’s Management Board to consider the possibility to take legal action against Mr. Andrzej Marczewski for repairing a damage, after appropriate legal analysis
