Changes in composition of the Management Board of RESBUD S.A.Reszow : 2009.04.16The Management Board of RESBUD S.A. informs that on 16 April 2009 the Supervisory Board of the Company made the following changes in the composition of the Management Board of RESBUD S.A.:
1) appointed Ms Genowefa Łagowska at the post of President of the Management Board of the Company and the post of General Manager.
Information concerning among other things the professional experience record of Ms Genowefa Łagowska have been passed on in Current report no. 9/2009 dated 16.03.2009.
2) appointed Mr. Adam Wór at the post of Member of the Management Board and the post of Operational Director.
Mr. Adam Wór graduated from Rzeszów University of Technology (year of graduation 1978).
Professional experience record:
1978 – 1988 Construction Plant in Rzeszów, the posts from building site foreman to Manager of the Great Building Sites Group,
1988 – 1994 – running business activity within the range of construction and trade
1994 – 1996 – Chief Specialist for Domestic Production – Budimex Rzeszów Sp. z o.o.
1996 – 1999 – Manager of Marketing and Offering Department in Budimex S.A.
2000 – 2003 – Technical Director in Exbud Rzeszów Sp. z o.o.,
2003 – 2008 – Director of General Construction Branch in Rzeszów SKANSKA S.A.
As declared by Mr. Adam Wór, he does not run any competitive activities to RESBUD S.A. and has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
