Conclusion of an annex to significant contract with Carlsberg Polska S.A.Reszow : 2009.05.20The Management Board of RESBUD S.A. informs that on 19.05.2009 it received an annex to the contract for construction works which was reported by RESBUD S.A. in Current report no. 48/2008 dated 22.10.2008 and no. 41/2008 dated 11.07.2008; an annex was signed by the other party i.e. Carlsberg Polska S.A. with its seats in Warsaw.
The annex extends in app. no. 1 and no. 2 the range of works within the main contract.
In connection with the change of contract’s scope a net contractual remuneration is being increased by PLN 656,473.84. After the change of contract’s scope was made the total remuneration for contract performance is PLN 4,784,272.25. Simultaneously the parties of the contract changed the schedule of contract performance. Completion of all works covered by the contract will be on 15.07.2009 the latest.
Total value of contract exceeds criterion of equity of RESBUD S.A. reported in quarterly report for quarter I 2009.
