Annex to the loan agreement.

RESBUD S.A. informs that on 29 May 2009 The Management Board of the Company signed with ABM SOLID S.A. an annex to the loan agreement, with was reported by the Management Board of RESBUD S.A. in current report no. 12/2008 dated 14.03.2008 and report no. 13/2009 dated 20.03.3009. In the above mentioned annex the parties changed the date of loan repayment by ABM SOLID S.A. as Borrower and set the final repayment date for 9 June 2009 the latest. The parties agreed that the last loan repayment instalment in the amount of PLN 1,677,031.20 shall be settled by the parties through compensation with Lender’s claim i.e. dividend in the amount of PLN 1,677,031.20 due on the basis of the resolution no. 5/2009 of the Annual General Meeting of RESBUD S.A. dated 29 April 2009 which compensation shall be made on 09 June 2009.
