Conclusion of significant contract.Reszow : 2009.08.25The Management Board of RESBUD S.A. informs that on 25 August 2009 RESBUD S.A. as Contractors’ Consortium Leader signed a contract with OPTEam S.A. with its seat in Rzeszów, 3 Lisa Kuli Street as the Employer. In the consortium agreement RESBUD S.A. - Contractors’ Consortium Leader acts together with ABM SOLID S.A. with its seat in Tarnów as Consortium Partner.
The subject of the contract with OPTEam S.A. is performance of the facility: ”Design Centre of the Modern Technologies OPTeam S.A.”, which will be constructed in Tajęcin near to Rzeszów.
For the performance of the complete subject of the contract the Contractors’ Consortium will receive remuneration in the net amount of PLN 12.694.042,97. The parties agreed that the works shall be completed on 31.05.2010.
Contractual fines:
The parties agreed that the fine for withdrawal from the contract by the Employer or by the Contractor cannot exceed 5 % of gross contract value.
The Management Board of RESBUD S.A. informs that value of the contract exceeds the criterion of significant contract i.e. 10 % of the equity of the Company according to the balance sheet published for quarter I 2009.
