Conclusion of significant contract.Reszow : 2009.08.28The Management Board of RESBUD S.A. informs that on 28 April 2009 RESBUD S.A. received a written order for RESBUD S.A. concerning performance of construction works, which had been signed by the other party i.e. representatives of the companies: Alpinie Construction Polska Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Kraków and Hydrobudowa Polska S.A. with its seat in Wysogotów. On 28 August 2009 the Management Board of RESBUD SA accepted this written order. The subject of the order is performance of reinforced-concrete works in segments S 3 and S 4 for investment project called: "Construction of multifunction National Stadium in Warsaw with accompanying infrastructure”. The parties agreed that the works shall be completed till 15 February 2010. Estimate net value of works covered by the order is PLN 4,000,000.00. The parties agreed that total value of contractual fines for the parties cannot exceed 15% of net remuneration.
RESBUD S.A. informs that before acceptance of the above order it performed some part of preparatory works covered by the subject of the order. Announcing to the general public of this information on order’s performance have been postponed until the conditions of the written order were negotiated, according to § 2 item 1 point 1 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 13.04.2006 on types of information that may affect issuer’s reasonable interest and manner of proceeding by an issuer with respect to delayed public disclosure of confidential information.
The remaining conditions of the contract-order do not diverge from typical terms applied in contracts of this type.
The Management Board of RESBUD S.A. informs that value of the contract exceeds the criterion of significant contract i.e. 10 % of the equity of the Company according to the balance sheet published for the first half of 2009.
