Changes in composition of persons responsible for management board of RESBUD SAReszow : 2009.09.08The Management Board of RESBUD S.A. informs that on 8 September 2009 the Supervisory Board of RESBUD S.A. during its meeting made the following decisions concerning changes in the composition of the Management Board of RESBUD S.A.:
1) complying with a written request of Ms Genowefa Łagowska, the Supervisory Board, for her personal reasons, decided to suspend Ms Genowefa Łagowska from the performance of her duties as the President of the Management Board for the period of three months beginning from 22 September 2009.
Simultaneously the Supervisory Board in its resolution expressed its belief that upon the reasons of suspension cease Ms Genowefa Łagowska will undertake again the performance of the duties as the President of the Management Board of RESBUD S.A.
2) in connection with suspension of Ms Genowefa Łagowska from the performance of her duties as the President of the Management Board, the Supervisory Board of RESBUD S.A. appointed Ms Anna Sobol as President of the Management Board of RESBUD S.A. for the period of three months beginning from 22 September 2009.
Ms Anna Sobol performs her duties as the Member of the Management Board of RESBUD S.A.
3) the Supervisory Board dismissed Mr. Adam Wór from the Management Board of RESBUD S.A. Mr. Adam Wór performed his duties as Member of the Management Board.
4) the Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Krzysztof Wolański as Member of the Company’s Management Board.
Mr. Krzysztof Wolański graduated from AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow (in 1985), Faculty: Mining and Metallurgical Machines, title: master engineer mechanic. He also graduated from Cracow Academy of Economics where in 2005 he graduated from postgraduate studies of specialization: „Economics and Company Management”. He began his professional career in the Design Office of Zakłady Azotowe in Tarnów. From 1987 he had been employed as Manager of Zakład Konstrukcji Stalowych (Steel Structures Plant) and also as Deputy Manager of Auxiliary Production of PBP Chemobudowa - Kraków S.A.
Since 1997 he has been employed in ABM SOLID S.A. in Tarnów, where he was Production Deputy Director of the Branch and Proxy and also Member of the Management Board of this Company and Director of Dębno Branch.
As declared by Mr. Krzysztof Wolański he does not run any competitive activities to RESBUD S.A. and has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
