Appointment of Proxy.Reszow : 2009.09.09The Management Board of RESBUD S.A., informs that on 9 September 2009 a Power of attorney was granted to Mr. Adam Wór stipulating that the power of attorney authorises to represent the Company only when acting together with the Member of the Management Board of RESBUD S.A.
Information on Mr. Adam Wór was provided in current report no. 20 dated 16.04.2009 and has not changed.
