CR - No 40/2011 - Appointment of the Member of the Management Board.Reszow : 2011.09.02The Management Board of RESBUD S.A. informs that on 01.09.2011 the Supervisory Board of RESBUD S.A. appointed Mr Grzegorz Kubica to perform the function of the Member of the Management Board of RESBUD S.A.
Mr Grzegorz Kubica is 37 years old; graduate of the Academy of Economics in Katowice, faculty of Management and Marketing; he holds diploma of master of economics in the specialisation of organisation and management of companies, since 1996 he has been connected with organisation and management of companies and strategic projects, initially in TESCO POLSKA Sp. z o.o. to 2002 and then in MEBLO-EXPO Sp. jawna (currently known as Beskidzkie Fabryki Mebli Sp. z o.o.), from 2005 to 2007 connected with PKN ORLEN S.A., where as Project Manager he was responsible for preparation, coordination and performance of strategic projects in retail network . From 2007 to 2008 – President of the Management Board of BBI ZENERIS NFI S.A. (previously known as FOKSAL NFI S.A.), responsible for preparation and implementation of development strategy of the fund. From 2008 to 2011 – Vice-President of the Management Board of EGZO GROUP Sp. z o.o. PR/IR Agency (company of RUBICON PARTNERS NFI S.A. capital group) responsible for the segment of the company’s operation connected with investors relations services for the company’s clients. Since 2010 till now – Member of the Supervisory Board of Rainbow Tours S.A., Graal S.A. Since 2011 till now - Member of the Supervisory Board of Liberty Group S.A. In the previous years Member of Supervisory Boards of the companies: Magna Polonia NFI S.A., Rubicon Partners Corporate Finanse S.A., Instal Lublin S.A. Mr Grzegorz Kubica he does not run any competitive activities to Resbud S.A. He is not a partner in competitive civil partnership or partnership and he is not a member of any competitive capital company’s body or other legal person running competitive activities.
