Letter dated 02.09.2011 from the company MILA 4 Sp. z o.o. of the following wording: „ Acting on behalf of the company Mila 4. with its seat in Nowy Sącz, pursuant to art. 69 section 1 of the Act on public offer and the conditions of admitting financial instruments to organized trading system and on public companies, herby we announce that on 1st September 2011 MILA 4 Sp. z o.o. in return for issuance of new shares in MILA 4 Sp. z o.o. received from the shareholder as a contribution in kind 549 249 shares of RESBUD S.A. in Rzeszów equal 65.39 % of the company’s share capital and giving 65.39% voting rights at the general meeting.” Files to download
