CR - No 37/2011 - Significant contract with supplier.Reszow : 2011.08.22The Management Board of RESBUD S.A. informs that it received a contract dated 15.07.2011 which had been signed by the other party i.e. Przedsiębiorstwo Obrotu Wyrobami Hutniczymi CENTROSTAL S.A. with its seat in Kielce, 151 Zagnańska Street concerning performance and delivery of prefabricated elements of reinforcement-reinforcement steel to the building site within the framework of the contract called: „Improvement of the sports infrastructure through reconstruction of the Municipal Stadium in Rzeszów”.
Net estimate value of supplies settled in the contract is PLN 2,293,200.00. Completion date of the supplies was set as 30.11.2011. The remaining conditions of the contract do not diverge from typical terms applied in contracts of this type. The Management Board of RESBUD S.A. informs that value of the contract exceeds the criterion of significant contract i.e. 10 % of the equity of the Company according to the financial statement for quarter I 2011.
