CR - No 36/2011 - Conclusion of the significant contract.Reszow : 2011.08.22With reference to the current reports: no. 1/2011 dated 12.01.2011 and no. 27/2011 dated 26.07.2011 concerning the schedule of submitting periodic reports the Management Board of RESBUD S.A. informs that it has changed the date of submitting extended report for the first half of 2011 from 31.08.2011 to 24.08.2011.
Legal basis: § 103 section 2 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 19th February 2009 on current and periodic information reported by issuers of securities and conditions of recognizing as equivalent information requested by legal regulations of a country that is not a member country (Journal of Laws from 2009, No. 33, item 259 with amendments).
