CR - No 34/2011 - The order of the value exceeding the value of significant contract.Reszow : 2011.08.12The Management Board of RESBUD S.A. informs that on 11th August 2011 it signed an order with „Wygodne Mieszkanie” TBS Spółka z o.o. 53-030 Wrocław 2a1/4 Przyjaźni Street, where RESBUD S.A. acts as General Contractor. The subject of the order is performance of reinforced concrete works and masonry works of the building shell in the part of residential building „E”-kl.E5, E6, E7 at the investment task being performed within the framework of construction of the Housing Estate „Belvedere Park” in Wrocław.
Net lump-sum value of the order is: PLN 3 836 740.60. Works completion date: 15.04.2012. The Management Board of RESBUD S.A. informs that value of the contract exceeds the criterion of significant contract i.e. 10 % of the equity of the Company according to the financial statement for quarter I 2011 Legal basis: § 5 section 1 point 3 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 19th February 2009 - on current and periodic information reported by issuers of securities and conditions of recognizing as equivalent information requested by legal regulations of a country that is not a member country.
