CR - No 42/2011 - Conclusion of the significant contract.Reszow : 2011.09.22The Management Board of RESBUD S.A. informs that it received signed by the other party i.e. the company „INSTAL BIAŁYSTOK S.A." with its seat in Białystok, at 32 E. Orzeszkowej Street, contract dated 02.09.2011, where RESBUD S.A. acts as Contractor. The subject of the contract is performance of construction works at the investment task called: „Biomass cogeneration block of heat and electric energy in Łężańska Heating Plant in Krosno”.
Net estimate value of the contract is: PLN 1,618,333. Works completion date: till 30.09.2012. The remaining conditions of the contract do not diverge from typical terms applied in contracts of this type. The Management Board of RESBUD S.A. informs that the value of the contract exceeds the criterion of significant contract i.e. 10 % of the equity of the Company according to the financial statement for the first half of 2011. Legal basis: § 5 section 1 point 3 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 19th February 2009 - on current and periodic information reported by issuers of securities and conditions of recognizing as equivalent information requested by legal regulations of a country that is not a member country.
