The Management Board of RESBUD S.A. announces publicly the deadlines for submitting periodical reports in 2009.
At the same time, pursuant to § 87 clauses 1 and 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19th October 2005 on current and periodical information, the Management Board of the Company declares that it has abandoned the submission of individual quarterly and semi-annual financial reports. The relevant independent quarterly and semi-annual financial reports including financial information shall be included in the extended consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports.
Reports types and deadlines:
Extended consolidated quarterly reports (SA-QS):
– for Q.4, 2008 – 24th February 2009,
– for Q.1, 2008 – 7th May 2009,
– for Q.2, 2008 – 6th August 2009,
– for Q.3, 2008 – 5th November 2009.
Extended consolidated semi-annual report (SA-PS) for the first 6 months of 2009
– 23rd September 2009.
Annual reports:
– Individual report (SA-R) for 2008 – 18th March 2009,
– Consolidated report (SA-RS) for 2008 – 25th March 2009.
